Conditions
Important general information
Arrivals and departures:
On the day of departure the rooms are available until 11.00am, upon request with a supplement of € 15,00, availability until 18.00pm. On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 15.00pm, if there is a late arrival after 18.00pm we ask you to kindly telephone to let us know, otherwise the room could be given to someone else. The day of arrival and departure is usually Saturday, the arrival of another day in the week could present consequences such as change of room or category.
Indications:
Generally a number of rooms cannot be reserved, but we realize that on request available rooms can be reserved. Bookings of category A can be changed to category D, E or DD.
Cancellations are accepted upon written notice!
In effect from 30 days before the start of the holiday, that will be deducted the administration costs of € 50,00. Enter 30 days and in case of early departure the cost will be deducted at 1’80% of the service booked (conforming with the Italian rules of the hotel) Services not used are not reimbursed.
To refrain from any inconvenience, we suggest that a policy is taken out against cancelations. All the information given can be asked for upon request at the moment of booking from our site to your credit institute.
Bookings:
The booking of rooms are valid only from the moment in which a deposit of (€200,00 per room) is given. The deposit can be transferred using credit cards (Euro, Visa, Mastercard) Bank charges are not accepted
Payments:
Payments are accepted in cash, bankers cheques and cash point. We accept credit cards only for the deposit and for the daily expenditures. Special offers such as weekly packages and reductions can only be paid in cash, cheques or in case of need with cashpoint. Consider that a rise in v.a.t can also cause a rise in price.
Smoking:
For Italian law smoking is prohibited in public zones. Smoking in the rooms are not permitted, for the lingering odour of the smoke. Smoking is permitted on the balcony or on the terrace, the non smokers will appreciate it.
Security:
The area of our hotel has in operation video cameras. Safe and easy parking facilities directly behind the hotel free car park facilities.
Our hotel is wheelchair friendly also in the rooms. For those with allergies we have available a carpet and cover free room. We kindly ask you to inform us beforehand.
